Toolmaking
Mold making in plastics processing is first of all a generic term that consists of the manufacture of molds describes different materials such as tool steel or high-strength aluminum. The negative of the planned product is mapped in the mold using the CNC process, so that cavities are created for the actual component. After completion, the mold is then sampled in the injection molding process and, if necessary, optimized. Consequently guarantees the company GTE flawless products in later series production.
Prototype and sample construction
When building prototypes of functional models and near-series production samples, we offer you the opportunity to use all of the available production options in-house. We can either manufacture individual components directly or manufacture tools for injection molding, which are then sampled. This is especially helpful when it comes to demonstrating the process capability of making a high risk process
